RHF Code of Conduct

While training with us, you are free to:

• Learn in a way that suits you and to communicate that to the head instructor.

• Test your own limits.

• Tailor exercises to your physical needs and limitations.

All members are entitled to a training space that is:

• Free of unnecessary disruptions– please respect others’ time and contributions.

• Free of bigotry, discrimination, and harassment of any form. We do not tolerate sexism,

  homophobia, racism or ableism, etc. We acknowledge power dynamics in the space;

  Instructors do not date students.

• Free of anyone’s learning being hindered.

Any actions that infringe on the learning environment of others or reflect poorly on the club will result in conflict mediation including and up to expulsion at the owner’s discretion.
